Chicago tallied 4 runs in the 6th inning with the help of 3 hits. They would be enough to earn the win. Chicago had 13 hits for the game and Milwaukee had 7. Don Kaiser(1-2) was the winner allowing 5 runs in 6 and 2/3 innings. Jim Brosnan earned the save, his 1st. Bob Buhl(4-2) suffered the loss.
