The score was knotted at 4 after nine innings. St. Louis ended up winning it in the 10th inning. Moon blasted a solo shot (his 1st of the season) giving St. Louis the victory as 13,438 happy fans celebrated wildly. St. Louis finished with 9 hits in the victory.
